摘  要:对超临界锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁烟气热负荷在线监测进行研究,针对超临界螺旋管圈水冷壁的特点,考虑在线监测的要求,在特征管的水冷壁背火侧安装温度测点,根据温度测量数据计算出烟气侧平均热负荷。由现场运行数据的计算结果符合烟气热负荷分布规律。可作为水冷壁壁温计算及偏差调整的基础数据。为水冷壁在线监测提供了一种新方法。The thermal flux online monitoring method at the flue gas side of supercritical pressure boiler spiral water wall tube was studied in this paper. According to the characteristics of spiral water wall in supercritical unit, and considering the requirements of online monitoring, the temperature measurement is installed at backside of the typical water wall tube. And the average heat flux value of flue gas to spiral water wall tube was calculated based on the measurement data. The calculation results according to the operation data accord with the distribution properties of flue gas heat flux, which can be the basic data for the water wall temperature calculation and deviation adjustment. So it is a new method ofonline monitoring the water wall tubes.
