摘 要:分析某350 MW超临界直流锅炉汽水分离器蒸汽温度存在的交替偏差及主、再热蒸汽温度偏低的原因。通过采用磨煤机热态调整、低负荷下炉膛吹灰、优化减温水自动控制前馈、降低给水系统压力脉动、炉内燃烧优化、提高炉膛负压及氧量运行等方案后,有效地将汽水分离器两侧蒸汽温度交替偏差由调整前的15℃~58℃,控制在1℃~12℃,将主热蒸汽温度由调整前541℃提高到571℃,再热蒸汽温度由调整前568℃提高到569℃。降低分离器两侧蒸汽温度交替偏差及主、再热蒸汽温度偏低带来的影响,为在建同类型机组提供经验借鉴。The analysis on the separator steam temperature alternate deviation and the low main and reheated steam temperature of a 350 MW supercritical once-through boiler were carried out in this paper. The efforts were spent on the thermal adjustment of the coal mills, furnace blowing at low loads, optimization on the front feed of the control system of desuperheating water, reduction on the fluctuation of feed-water pressure, combustion optimization, furnace pressure decrease, and oxygen adjustment, etc., then the steam temperature deviation on both sides of the boiler was reduced from 15 ℃-58 ℃ to 1 ℃-12℃ and the main and reheated steam temperatures were alsoincreased from 541 ℃-558 ℃ to 571℃-569 ℃. With the success on decreasing deviation of the steam temperature on both sides of the separator and increasing the main and reheated steam temperature, this paper provides experiences for similar units which are under construction.
