摘 要:以硫铝酸盐水泥为胶结料,研究了尾矿粉(Ca CO3)、粉煤灰、干细锯粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维、减水剂对硫铝酸盐水泥性能的影响,结果表明:尾矿粉掺量为10%时,试件养护1 d、3 d、28 d强度分别提高11.93%、5.47%和15.38%;粉煤灰掺量10%时,养护28 d的强度提高7.49%;掺加干细锯粉后,试件密度和强度下降;掺加0.8%~1%的PVA纤维和减水剂,试件抗折强度和抗压强度皆有大幅度的提高,能够对掺加无机填充材料给强度带来的负面影响得以补偿。结合上述研究结果,生产的玻璃纤维增强硫铝酸盐水泥基建筑装饰板材均符合JC/T626-2008及Q/0105JML005-2017的技术要求。The effects of tailing powder (CaCO3), fly ash, dry fine saw powder, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber and water reducing agent on the performance of sulphoaluminate cement are studied by using sulphoaluminate cement as binder. The results illustrate that when the amount of tailing powder is 10%, the strength of 1 d, 3 d and 28 d in the specimens increases by 11.93%, 5.47% and 15.38% respectively. When the addition amount of fly ash is 10%, the strength of 28 d increases by 7.49%. With the addition of dry fine saw powder, the specimen density and strength decrease. Mixed with 0.8%~1% PVA fiber and water reducing agent, the flexural strength and compressive strength of specimens are greatly improved, and the negative effects of inorganic fillers on the strength can be compensated. Combined with the above research results, the production of sulphoaluminate cement-based architectural decorative plates reinforced with glass fiber are in line with JC / T626-2008 and Q / 0105JML005-2017 technical requirements.
