内异消癥汤内服联合穴位贴敷治疗子宫腺肌病临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价内异消癥汤内服联合穴位贴敷治疗子宫腺肌病临床研究。方法选择自2014年9月—2017年3月到云南省中医院就诊中医辨证属血瘀型的子宫腺肌病60例患者,按就诊次序随机随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。观察组内异消癥汤内服联合穴位贴敷;对照组丹莪妇康煎膏口服,经前连续用药10 d,持续3个月经周期,2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组患者治疗前后患者总体疗效、中医证候、子宫体积及血清糖类抗原CA125的变化。结果治疗前后组内比较,2组中医证候积分水平差异及CA125水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间中医证候积分水平及CA125水平差异差异均有统计学意义,治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论内异消癥汤内服联合穴位贴敷能有效缓解血瘀型子宫腺肌病患者痛经、月经量多等主要临床症状、降低子宫腺肌病患者血清CA125水平。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of oral administration of Xiaozheng Decotion combined with point application for endometriosis on the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods： 60 adenomyosis patients with TCM blood stasis syndrome, who saw doctors in Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to March 2017, were randomly divided into an observa- tion group （30 cases） and a control group （30 cases）. The observation group was treated with oral administration of Xiaozheng Decotion combined with point application while the control group was treated with Dan Curcuma Fukang Decoction orally for 10 consecutive days for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. Both groups had a 3 - month course of treatment. The overall curative effect, TCM syndrome, uterine vol- ume and serum carbohydrate antigen CA125 of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results： In the comparison between the groups before and after treatment, there were significant differences in TCM syndrome score and CA125 levels （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the differences of TCM syndrome score and CA125 level between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The oral administration of Xiaozheng Decotion combined with point application can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea and menstrual flow in adenomyosis patients with blood stasis type and reduce the level of serum CA125 in adenomyosis patients.
