摘 要:目的脱除白及多糖中的植物色素,确立最佳脱色工艺。方法应用30%H_2O_2为脱色剂,以H_2O_2的体积分数、脱色温度、脱色时间、pH值为试验因素,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以脱色率、多糖保留率为考察指标。结果在H_2O_2体积分数为6%、脱色温度为50℃、pH值为7、脱色时间为90 min的条件下,白及多糖脱色率为66.80%,多糖保留率为68.60%。结论该脱色工艺能使白及多糖脱色效果达到最佳。Objective To remove the plant pigment from Bletilla striata polysaccharide and establish the best bleaching process. Methods Use 30% H2O2 as decoloring agent; test factors were the volume fraction of H2O2 , bleaching temperature, bleaching time and pH value ; adopt L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design;take the decoloring rate and polysaccharide retention as the index. Results When the volume fraction of H2O2 was 6% ,bleaching temperature was 50 ℃, pH value was 8 and bleaching time was 90 min, the decoloring rate and polysaccharide retention of Bletilla striata polysaccharide were 66. 80% and 68.60%, respectively. Conclusion This bleaching process can achieve the best result in the decolorization of Bletilla striata polysaccharide.
