摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在阿司匹林皮肤过敏脱敏治疗中发挥的作用。方法临床药师参与1例阿司匹林皮肤过敏脱敏的药物治疗过程,并对患者实施全程化药学监护。结果医生采纳临床药师建议,脱敏治疗成功,使患者能够继续用药。结论临床药师参与临床药物治疗实践,为患者提供个体化药学服务,可使患者用药更加安全有效。Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacist participating in the desensitization therapy for the aspirin skin hypersensitivity of a patient. Methods The clinical pharmacist performed the desensitization therapy for the aspirin skin hypersensitivity, and carried out a whole course of pharmaceutical care for the patient. Results With the help of clinical pharmacist, physicians performed a successful desensitization treatment, therefore ensuring the safety and effectively use of aspirin for the patient. Conclusion According to participation in the desensitization treatment, the clinical pharmacists assist the physicians to use aspirin safely, and provide the individualized medication guide for the patients.
