摘　　要：椎管内麻醉在临床工作中应用广泛,但麻醉后腰背痛给患者带来严重不适,甚至影响生活质量。地塞米松具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗休克作用,同时,在围术期镇痛方面也起着重要作用。本文就地塞米松在椎管内麻醉后腰背痛预防治疗方面的研究进行简要综述。Neuraxia anesthesia is widely used in clinical practice, but low-back pain after anesthesia causes severe discomfort and even affects the quality of life. Dexarnethasone has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy and anti-shock effects. It also plays an important role in perioperative analgesia. This article reviews the study on dexamethasone in the prevention and treatment of low-back pain after neuraxia anesthesia.
