摘 要:脉冲纤维加砂压裂技术是近年新出现的致密砂岩气藏储层有效的改造方法,国内还处于试验摸索阶段。文章基于苏里格气田东区储层低孔、低渗致密的特点,优选了纤维材料和压裂液体系,并通过室内工程和数值模拟对射孔方式、纤维加入比例和脉冲时间间隔进行了优化,优选出"等簇等间距"射孔方式,簇距为0.5~2.0 m,簇长为0.5~1.0 m,纤维加注浓度4‰,脉冲时间间隔10~12 s。现场已实施18口井44层,脉冲纤维加砂压裂与常规压裂相比增产显著,其中苏东X井组已增产20%以上。The fracturing with pulsed injection of proppant with fibers has been extensively applied abroad with noticeable stimulation effects,it is a new process appeared in recent years.The primary target of the technique is to realize effective support of the fractures and heterogeneous proppant placement in the fractures,and make a stable and open network channel to enhance the flow conductivity of the artificial fractures. Taking the test wells of east Sulige area as an example,the perforation mode,the proportion of fiber addition and the pulse time interval for the tight east Sulige reservoirs were optimized. And a new degradable fiber was developed together with the matching fracturing fluid system. It was applied to 44 layers in 18 wells with a success rate of 100%. The cumulative gas production was increased by more than 20%. It is suitable for effective development of low permeability reservoirs,having broad application prospects.
