纤维增强尼龙刮蜡器的性能与应用

摘  要:高含蜡油井在生产过程中需要采取清防蜡措施,一般有加药、热洗和使用刮蜡器等措施,普通尼龙刮蜡器性能及应用技术存在一些缺陷。文章对刮蜡器结构进行了优化,研制出纤维增强尼龙刮蜡器的优点有:降低流体流动的阻力,刮蜡无盲区;采用尼龙热固注塑工艺,提高了与抽油杆固结强度;尼龙配方中掺入纤维成分,改善了耐磨性。对纤维增强尼龙刮蜡器的室内测试和现场应用结果表明,该刮蜡器具有结构简单、耐磨性好、与抽油杆附着力强、使用寿命长等特点,可有效防止油管内结蜡,在结蜡油井清防蜡方面具有广阔的推广应用前景。Measures have to be taken during production process to control or remove the wax in the high-wax-content oil wells,chemicals,heating or scrapers are usually used. However,there are some defects in common nylon made wax scrapers. Optimization is made on that kind of scrapers' structure,a kind of fiber reinforced nylon made wax scraper has been developed. It will reduce the flow drag and scrape more completely.The thermosetting process is used for nylon to increase the consolidation strength of the sucker rod,the fiber is added to improve the wear resistance. The indoor tests and field application prove the fiber reinforced nylon made wax scraper has simple structure,high wear resistance,strong adhesion to sucker rods,and long working life. It can effectively control the tubing wax and has a bright prospect of application.
