摘 要:以有机硼羟丙基胍胶羟压裂液为试验介质,研究了不同羟丙基胍胶浓度、试验压力、温度、挤入时间、岩心渗透性等条件下,压裂液滤饼特征参数和岩心的伤害程度。试验结果表明,当提高聚合物浓度、试验压力、温度、时间、岩心渗透性时,均可使得压裂液滤饼质量、岩心端面滤饼单位质量、滤饼中固体含量等滤饼参数增加,滤饼伤害程度加剧;因滤失液造成的岩心内部伤害率除随着聚合物浓度的增加而降低外,其它条件值增加时均使得伤害率升高;并且在压裂液对岩心的总伤害中,各个试验条件下由滤饼产生的伤害程度远远高于滤失液对岩心内部产生的伤害程度。With the organic boron hydroxypropylguar gum fracturing fluid as the test medium,the damage of different fracturing fluid filter cake parameters on cores were studied under the conditions of different hydroxypropyl guanidine gum concentration,test pressures,temperatures,intrusion time,and core permeabilities,etc. Experimental results show increasing polymer concentration,test pressure,temperature,intrusion time and core permeability can increase fracturing fluid filter cake mass,unit quality of core end filter cake and solids content in filter cake,and ultimately increase the damage by filter cake.The damage caused by filtration liquid will increase with the increase in other conditions except that it will decrease with the increase in polymer concentration. In the total damage exerted by the fracturing fluid on cores,the damage made by the filter cake on internal core is much higher than that by the filtration liquid.
