摘  要:哈拉哈塘油田稠油掺稀开采过程中存在掺稀量大、能耗高等问题。为降低掺稀量,室内研发了PPH乳化降黏剂,耐温160℃,耐矿化度21.74×10~4mg/L,最优使用浓度为0.1%,该浓度下降黏率可达90.51%;在含水率30%~70%范围内均可起到较好的降黏作用,并与现场所用絮凝剂、破乳剂及脱硫剂配伍性良好;在此基础上,设计了加药工艺,进行了现场先导性试验,将试验井掺稀量降低50%,取得了良好的试验效果。To solve the problems of large thinning dosage and high energy consumption during the viscosity-reducing development of heavy oil at Halahatang oil field,a kind of PPH emulsified thinning additive has been developed to reduce the dosage of thinning chemicals,in temperatures up to 160℃,salinity up to 21. 74 × 10~4 mg/L. Its optimal concentration used is 0. 1%,the viscosity can be reduced by 90. 51% at that concentration. The PPH can be effective when water cut within 30% ~70%,and has good compatibility with flocculants,demulsifiers and desulfurizers. Moreover,chemical adding process is defined,and pilot tests have been conducted on site with excellent results. The dosage is decreased by 50%.
