摘 要:介绍了一种新型的铣磨机磨削厚度控制装置的结构设计,包括工件进给系统和厚度控制系统,具有高效率高精度的特点。该装置摒弃了传统的丝杠传动以及高成本的伺服电动机传动,转而利用气压缸的快速运行实现高效率进给,采用速度可调的液压速度控制器吸收缓冲和精确点位控制,利用SolidWorks软件进行了三维建模和结构有限元分析。该装置采取模块化创新设计,可以直接加装在传统铣磨机上,使加工效率提高三倍以上,具有良好的社会效益及经济效益。In this paper, structure design of a new type thickness control device for milling-grinding machine is introduced, as while as the feed system and thickness control system, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and high precision. This device realizes the high efficiency feed according to pneumatic cylinders, instead of the traditional screw drive and the high-cost servo motor drive, and use the speed adjustable hydraulic speed controller to absorb the buffer and realize the precise point control. Meanwhile, a software "SolidWorks" was applied for 3D modeling and structural finite element analysis. This device is modular, so it can be directly installed on the traditional milling machine, which makes the processing efficiency increased by more than three times, and have both social and economic benefits.
