摘　　要：当前,中国的轻工业和重工业出现了不同程度的产能过剩。而"一带一路"沿线各国的工业化特点、资源禀赋的互补、强大的市场需求以及彼此日益紧密的经济合作,为中国工业开展产能合作推动新型工业化发展提供了基础。通过分析国内新型工业进程中的产能现状以及"一带一路"建设下开展国际产能合作的障碍,提出统筹规划产能合作;构建多元信息推介平台;推进地缘优势的产能合作等对策,为中国产能合作与新型工业化协同发展提供参考借鉴。At present, there are different degrees of overcapacity in light and heavy industry in China. ＂One Belt, One Road＂ countries have important basis for China＇s Capacity Coopera- tion to improve new industrialization development： different industrialization stage, complementary resource endowment, strong market demands and closer economy cooperation. Through analyzing the current industrial capacity of new industrialization and barriers of international capacity cooperation under＂One Belt, One Road＂ strategy in China, this paper pro- poses the relevant co and suggestions, and offers some reference to China＇s development of capacity cooperation and new industrialization.
