温经汤口服配合中药热奄包外用治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服温经汤配合中药热奄包外用治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将100例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组给予温经汤口服联合中药热奄包外用。以3个月经周期为1个疗程,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果治疗3个周期后,治疗组痛经症状轻度率、治疗愈显率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组治疗1,2,3个周期后VAS评分均较同期对照组明显降低(P均<0.05);随访10个月,治疗组复发率为4%,对照组复发率为39%,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服温经汤配合中药热奄包外用治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经疗效确切,可有效减轻疼痛,降低复发率,值得推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction by oral administration combined with Reyanbao therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congealing and blood stasis. Methods 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congealing and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsule, the treatment group was treated with Wenjing Decoction by oral administration combined with Reyanbao therapy with traditional Chinese medicine. Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles, then the clinical curative effects were evaluated. Results After the treatment of 3 cycles, the improvements of dysmenorrheal symptoms and the curative effect in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The VAS scores after treatment for 1, 2, 3 cycles were significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After 10 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 4% , which was significantly lower than that 39% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Wenjing Decoction by oral administration combined with Reyanbao therapy with traditional Chinese medicine which can effectively alleviate the pain and reduce recurrence rate has good effect on primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congealing and blood stasis, it is worth of popularization and application.
