摘  要:研究多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)对全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:加入MWCNTs后,胶料的门尼粘度、硬度和撕裂强度增大,拉伸强度减小,耐磨性能提高;密炼时先加炭黑后加MWCNTs且开炼薄通10次的混炼工艺较好;相同条件下,添加MWCNTs GT-300的胶料综合性能较好。The effect of MWCNTs on the properties of the tread compound of all-steel radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,after adding MWCNTs,the Mooney viscosity of the compound,and the hardness and tear strength of the vulcanizate increased,the tensile strength decreased,and the wear resistance was improved. It was found that in order to achieve better properties of the compound,carbon black was mixed with rubber before MWCNTs was added and the mix was passed through the rolls with a thin gap on open mill for 10 times. Under same processing condition,the properties of the compound with MWCNTs GT-300 were better.
