海口市主城区高龄二胎孕妇生存质量现况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解海口市主城区高龄二胎孕妇生存质量现况及影响因素。方法使用世界卫生组织生存质量测定表简表,随机抽取海口市主城区156名高龄二胎孕妇进行问卷调查。结果年龄、文化程度、月经济收入、母婴健康及胎儿性别、居住类型等因素对高龄二胎孕妇的生存质量均有影响。结论高龄二胎孕妇在生理及心理领域现状有待加强,帮助高龄二胎孕妇提高健康水平和生存质量。Objective To understand the quality of life and the influencing factors of the elderly second pregnant women in the main city of Haikou. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 156 senior second pregnant women in the main city of Haikou by using the list of WHO quality of life(QOL). Results The factors of age, educational level, monthly economic income, maternal and infant health, fetal sex and type of residence had influence on the quality of life of the second pregnant women. Conclusion The status of the second pregnant women in the elderly should be strengthened in the physiological and psychological fields to help the elderly second pregnant women improve their health and quality of life.
