摘  要:目的探讨干生化仪与水剂生化仪检测血糖和尿素氮结果的差异。方法对来自于2017年9月本院门诊病例60例患者样本分别进行美国强生VITROS750和日本日立7180两种生化仪检测,分析结果的差异和两种检查结果的精确性。结果两种检测方法对以上60例样本重复检验结果的差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。干性生化仪的变异系数略优于湿性生化仪。结论干性生化仪与水剂生化仪在检测血糖和尿素氮方面,结果相当,在大规模检查建议使用干性生化仪,急诊检查建议使用水剂生化仪。Objective To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of dry and water biochemical instrument for blood glucose and urea nitrogen measurement. Methods The samples from 60 outpatients in our hospital in September 2017 were tested by two biochemical instruments, Johnson VITROS750 and Japan Hitachi 7180. The difference between the results and the accuracy of the two test results were analyzed. Results The difference between the two test methods for the repeated test results of the above 60 samples was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). The coefficient of variation of the dry biochemical analyzer was slightly better than that of the wet biochemical analyzer. Conclusion The results of dry biochemical analyzer and water biochemical analyzer are similar in detecting blood glucose and urea nitrogen. It is recommended to use dry biochemical analyzer for large-scale inspection. Emergency examination recommends the use of water agent biochemical analyzer.
