首次和重复献血者检验不合格的对照分析

摘　　要：目的对比首次和重复献血者检验不合格的情况,以便为献血提供科学的参考。方法将本站2016年1月—2017年10月接待的无偿献血者62 013人作为研究对象,根据献血次数分为首次献血组(n=42 815人)与重复献血组(n=19 198人),比较两组献血情况(足量、献血量)与不合格情况,并分析不合格因素,实施统计学分析。结果重复献血组无偿献血者采血足量人次比率高于首次献血组(P<0.05),献血量400 ml比率高于首次献血组(P<0.05);两组无偿献血者在ALT、HBs Ag、Anti-HCV、Anti-TP、HBV DNA、HCV RNA、HIV RNA 7个方面的不合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但总不合格率上重复献血组明显低于首次献血组(P<0.05);通过对不合格情况分析可知,献血时间间隔过长、试剂更换、自身感染属于主要因素。结论重复献血者在检验不合格率上要低于首次献血者,不合格因素较多,采血时应提前防范,为此发展初次献血者为重复献血者不失为一种安全与经济的献血策略。Objective To compare the first and repeated blood donors failed to provide a scientific reference for blood donation. Methods62 013 volunteer blood donors from January 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were divided into the first donation group(n = 42 815) and the repeated donation group(n = 19 198) based on the number of donations. Blood donation(full amount, blood donation) and unqualified situation were compared between the two groups, and the unqualified factors were analyzed and the statistical analysis was carried out. Results The blood donation rate in repeated blood donation group was higher than that in the first blood donation group(P < 0.05). There was no difference in the failure rates of ALT, HBs Ag, Anti-HCV, Anti-TP, HBV DNA, HCV RNA and HIV RNA in two groups of unpaid blood donors(P > 0.05). Repeated blood donation group was significantly lower than the first donation group(P < 0.05). Through the analysis of the disqualification, it was known that the long interval of blood donation, the replacement of the reagent, and the self infection were the main factors. Conclusion The repeat donors are lower than the first donors on the test of unqualified rate. There are many unqualified factors. Therefore, blood donation should be prevented in advance. Therefore, it is a safe and economical donation strategy to develop the first donors as repeat donors.
