精细化护理干预对重症低钾血症患者急诊救治的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价重症低钾血症患者经精细化护理干预的急诊救治效果。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月前来急诊救治的重症低钾血症60例患者,以计算机表法分组,常规组及干预组各30例,分别实施常规护理和精细化护理。结果完成干预后,干预组各项数据与常规组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症低钾血症以精细化护理干预,可以提升急诊救治最终效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of intensive care intervention for patients with severe hypokalemia in emergency treatment. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe hypokalemia who came to the emergency department from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups: routine group and intervention group, 30 cases in each group, followed by routine nursing and meticulous nursing. Results After the completion of the intervention, the data of the intervention group were different from those in the routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Severe hypokalemia interferes with meticulous nursing, which can improve the final effect of emergency treatment and have high reference value.
