Objective To explore the effect of bird nest nursing in the nursing of newborn. Methods 62 neonates born in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing methods, 31 neonates in each group. The two groups of neonates were given routine nursing. The observation group was given nested nest nursing. The neonatal sleep time, body temperature, low temperature fluctuation, body weight gain, blood oxygen saturation and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The sleep time in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the body temperature and low temperature wave were significantly lower than those in the control group. The weight gain was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The oxygen saturation of the newborn in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The neonatal feeding intolerance, loss of scleredema and apnea incidence in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionB i r d n e s t n u r s i n g c a n p r o v i d e a c o m f o r t a b l e a n d s a f e g r o w t h environment for neonates, stabilize their vital signs and promote their healthy growth.
