摘　　要：目的分析鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者嗅功能中的影响。方法择取来医院就医的40例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,选取时间为2015年7月11日—2017年1月26日,给予鼻内镜手术进行治疗,探究手术前后嗅觉功能评分情况、并发症发生情况、鼻气道阻力评分。结果手术后12周,轻度功能障碍嗅觉评分为(1.54±0.33)分、中度障碍评分为(2.54±0.36)分、重度障碍为(3.94±0.54)分、嗅觉丧失评分为(5.11±0.40)分,各评分优于手术前、手术后4周数据,同时鼻气道阻力评分手术前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过手术治疗后,有3例患者出现并发症情况。结论鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中效果较为显著,对其嗅功能也具有一定的改善作用。Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on olfactory function in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 40 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected in our hospital, from July 11, 2015 to January 26, 2017, was given endoscopic surgery, to explore the olfactory function score before and after surgery, complications, nasal airway resistance scores. Results At 12 weeks after operation, the olfactory scores of mild dysfunction were （1.54 ± 0.33） points, moderate dysfunction were （2.54 ± 0.36） points, severe dysfunction were （3.94 ± 0.54） points and olfactory loss was （5.11 ± 0.40） points, The scores were better than those before operation and 4 weeks after operation, and the difference of nasal airway resistance score before and after operation was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. After surgical treatment, there were 3 cases of complications. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and more effective in patients with nasal polyps, their olfactory function also has some improvement.
