摘　　要：党的十九大要求:明确中国特色大国外交要推动构建新型国际关系,推动构建人类命运共同体,这是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容。"人类命运共同体"具有浓郁的哲学意蕴,它体现了"人是类存在物"的人学底蕴、"真正的共同体"的价值取向、"世界历史"理论的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的理论基础。The 19th CPC National Congress put forward the requirements： New types of Chinese diplomacy should push the construction of new international relationship and the construction of a community of shared future. This is one of the important aspects of President Xi’s Idea of Socialism with Chinese characters for the new era. The philosophical connotation of“a community of shared future” embodies the Humanist background of“ human is a kind of existence”, the value orientation of“real community”, and the Materialist basis of“world history”.
