摘　　要：教师专业标准的达成有赖于教师的社会化实践,通过对近年来教师社会化研究文献的梳理,从两方面对教师社会化展开论述:一是对教师社会化的意义与内涵、研究范式、主要内容三个方面的研究现状进行分析;二是对教师社会化过程中呈现的新问题进行再思考,提出解决问题的新思路。The realization of the teacher＊ s professional standard relies on teachers＊ social practice. Based on the lit-erature review on teachers＊ socialization,the paper discusses the issue from two aspects： the first is to analyze the meaning, connotation,research mode,main contents ofteachers＊ socialization studies; the second is to reflect and re-think on the new issues during the process and try to propose new ways to solve the problems.
