摘  要:为了达到航空薄壁件的高精度要求,提出了厚度在线测量的方法。水压闭环控制系统是厚度在线测量中重要的子系统,设计了水压闭环控制系统,对水压闭环控制系统的元器件进行了选型,通过西门子STEP7对ET200S进行了配置。在搭建好硬件平台的基础上,通过自适应算法实现水压恒定。水压值恒定在600 kPa附近,薄壁件的厚度在5.56~5.58 mm之间。通过水压的恒定实现了对薄壁件的厚度在线测量,精度极高,同时给出了工程应用,结果合理。An on-line thickness measurement method is proposed to meet the requirement of high precision of aviation thin-walled parts. The hydraulic closed-loop control system is an important sub-system of on-line thickness measurement. The hydraulic closed-loop control system was designed and its components were selected.The ET200S was configured by SIEMENS STEP7. The hydraulic pressure constant was realized by the adaptive algorithm on the basis of setting up the hardware platform. The hydraulic pressure is constant near 600 kPa, and the thickness of the thin-walled parts is between 5. 56 mm to 5. 58 mm. The thickness of thin-walled parts is measured on-line through the constant hydraulic pressure, and the precision is high. At the same time, the engineering application is given and the result is reasonable.
