摘 要:对水中铝的几种分光光度测定标准分析方法实施了比对分析并进行了方法评价。分别对测定水中铝的几种分光光度标准分析方法,从方法的校准曲线、空白背景分析、精密度和准确度测定等方面进行了比对分析。在对样品进行实际分析测定的基础上,依据测定数据,对铝的几种分光光度测定方法进行方法评价。结果表明,水杨基荧光酮分光光度法在几种标准分析方法中具有灵敏度高、背景干扰小的特点,同时在精密度和准确度方面也优于其他标准方法。因此,确定水杨基荧光酮分光光度法是现行水中铝测定标准分析方法中的首选分析方法。The comparative analysis of several spectrophotometric determination methods of aluminum in water was carried out and the methods were evaluated. Several spectrophotometric standard analysis methods for determination of aluminum in water were analyzed,and the perspective of calibration curves,blank background analysis,precision,accuracy determination and other aspects of the method were compared.Based on the actual analysis and determination of the samples,the methods evaluation for several methods of spectrophotometric determination of aluminum was conducted according to the measured data. The result shows that salicyl fluorone spectrophotometry has the characteristics of high sensitivity and low background interference in several standard analytical methods,and it is superior to other standard methods in terms of precision and accuracy. Therefore,salicyl fluorone spectrophotometry is the preferred analysis method in the standard analysis method for the determination of aluminum in water currently.
