摘  要:利用旋转蒸馏的方法,通过单因素和正交实验,改变影响提取工艺的有效条件,探究月季花纯露提取的最佳工艺,并采用薄层色谱的方法验证月季花纯露的有效成分。实验表明:料液比1:25(g/m L)、浸提时间60min、蒸馏温度70℃,为月季花纯露提取的最佳条件;用薄层色谱法来验证月季花纯露有效成分,方法简单有效,快速便捷。To explore the optimum extraction process of Rosa chinensishydrolat and identify active components.For the extraction of Rosa chinensis hydrolat,this experiment by using the method of rotating distillation.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to change the effective conditions in order to explore the optimum extraction of Rosa chinensishydrolat. At the same time,by using the method of TLC,identifingactive components in Rosa chinensis hydrolat. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for the following conditions of Rosa chinensis hydrolat extraction:the solid-liquid ratio is 1:25(g/m L),marinating time is 60 min and distillation temperature at 70℃.Conclusion,TLC was used in this experimentto verify the effective components of Rosa chinensis hydrolat,Rosa chinensis hydrolat contains sugars,flavonoids and amino acids.method is simple and effective,fast and convenient,it has the reference value for the consumer in the purchase of hydrolat.
