“微时代”背景下提高大学生思想政治教育实效性途径探析

摘　　要：随着智能手机的普及,以微博、微信、微电影等为代表的"微媒体"对社会和个人产生了深刻影响,社会由此进入"微时代"。"微时代"因信息内容的大众性、信息传播的迅捷性、交互性等特点对高校思想政治教育工作带来了挑战,如何在"微时代"背景下,找到切实有效的途径来提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性成为重要课题。本文在如何优化思想政治教育的内容、打造品牌微平台、改革思想政治理论课教育形式、建立一支适应"微时代"的思想政治教育工作者队伍、拓宽沟通渠道等方面作了有效的探究。With the popularization of smartphones, ＂micro-medi-a＂ represented by Weibo, WeChat and micro-movies have hadaprofound impact on society and individuals and the society hasentered a ＂micro-era＂. Because of the mass nature of informationcontent and the quickness and interactivity of information dis-semination, ＂micro-era＂ has posed challenges to ideological andpolitical education in colleges and universities. To find effectiveways to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political edu-cation for college students in the ＂micro-era＂, this paper makesan effective exploration from optimizing the content of ideologicaland political education, building a brand micro-platform, re-forming the educational form of ideological and political theorycourses, establishing a team of ideological and political educationworkers adapting to the ＂micro-era＂, and broadening the com-munication channels.
