摘  要:随着我国社会经济的不断发展,对人才的需求,特别对既具备复合知识基础又具备原创能力的高端人才需求量持续增加。高校作为人才培养的重要基地和输出源头,对社会发展建设有着不可推卸的责任和举足轻重的地位。为此,电子科技大学物理电子学院结合理学教育特点和人才成长规律,构建"四位一体"理学菁英人才培养体系,从选拔、专业、创新和人文四个方面进行研究与实践,深入挖掘学生潜力,提升高校理学人才培养质量。With the continuous development of our country's so-cial economy, the demand for talents, especially the demand forhigh-end professionals with both complex knowledge bases andoriginal capabilities, continues to grow. As an important base andoutput source of talent training, colleges and universities haveunshirkable responsibility and pivotal position in social develop-ment and construction. To this end, combined with the character-istics of science education and the law of talent growth, School ofPhysical Electronics, University of Electronic Science and Tech-nology of China built a "four-in-one" cultivation system of sci-ence elite talents, researched and practiced from selection, ma-jors, innovation and humanities, in order to further develop stu-dents' potentials and improve the cultivation quality of sciencetalents in colleges and universities.build "four in one" science elite talent training system, from se-lection, professional, innovation.
