案例教学之“困”——基于“公共部门人力资源管理”课程的思考

摘  要:网络化时代如何有效进行案例教学已成为新的时代命题,以"公共部门人力资源管理"课程案例教学为例,指出案例教学在整合课程资源、安排课程体系、组织教学过程、创新教学方法等方面所面临的"困难、困惑、困境"。其中,课程资源整合之困包括案例资源整合、多维资源整合等方面;课程体系安排之困包括学时分配的"有限性"与质量提升的"持续性"的错位、人才培养"实况"与市场需求"预期"的错位、"碎片化"教学与"整体性"思维的错位、"多维立体化"的环境需求与"平板化"的现实环境的错位"、"宅在家"的惯性与"走出去"的需求的错位等方面;教学过程组织之困包括微观时序组织、宏观时序组织、时空整合等方面;教学方法突破之困包括案例教学与认知实践、模拟实践、应用实践、创新实践的融合等方面。How to effectively carry out case teaching isa newproposition in the network era. Taking the course of "Human Re-source Management of Public Sector" as an example, in this pa-per it is pointed out there are some difficulties, confusions anddilemmas exited in the integration of course resources, the ar-rangement of curriculum system, the organization of teachingprocess, and the breakthrough of teaching methods. Among them,the difficulties of integrating curriculum resources includes: caseresource integration and multidimensional resource integration,etc.; the dilemmas of curriculum system includes: the dislocationbetween the limitation of class hour's allocation and the persis-tence of the quality improvement, the dislocation between the re-ality of talent training and the expectation of market demand, themal-position between the fragmentation of education and theholistic thinking, the misplacement between the demand of mul-tidimensional environment and the one-dimensional actual envi-ronment, the dislocation between the habit in school and theneeds out of school. The confusions of organization of teachingprocess includes: arranging micro-temporal and macro-temporalorder, integrating time and space. The difficulties of teachingmethod's breakthrough includes: how to amalgamate case teach-ing with cognitive practice, simulation practice, applied practice,and innovative practice.
