摘　　要：[目的]研制能够反应护理人员在癌症化疗病人消化道症状管理中的临床实践活动状况的问卷。[方法]选取13名护理专家,采用德尔菲法开展两轮专家咨询,统计分析每轮咨询专家意见的积极系数、权威程度、协调程度、集中程度。[结果]两轮函询问卷的有效回收率为100%;专家的权威系数为0.84;协调系数分别为0.236和0.231;变异系数分别波动在0.00~0.33和0.00~0.23,该问卷的一致性较好,可信度高。两轮专家函询后,最终形成了包含4个维度、38个条目的护理人员对癌症化疗病人消化道症状管理临床实践活动问卷。[结论]应用德尔菲法编制的护理人员对癌症化疗病人消化道症状管理临床实践活动问卷具有较高的可靠性,该问卷可用于调查护理人员对癌症化疗病人消化道症状管理临床实践活动状况。Objective:To develop aquestionnaire that could reflect the clinical practice of nursing staff in the management of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with cancer chemotherapy.Methods:Delphi method was used by 13 nursing experts with 2 rounds of expert consultation.Statistics analyzed the positive coefficient,the degree of authority,coordination degree,and concentration of each round.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of the questionnaire was 100%.The authority coefficient of the expert was 0.84.The coordination coefficient was 0.236 and 0.231,respectively.The variation coefficient was 0.00-0.33 and 0.00-0.23,respectively.The questionnaire had a good consistency and a high reliability.After two rounds of expert consultation,the questionnaire of nurses' clinical practice in chemotherapeutic gastrointestinal symptoms management was formed with 4 dimensions and 38 items.Conclusions:The constructed questionnaire of nurses' clinical practice in chemotherapeutic gastrointestinal symptoms management based on Delphi method had high reliability,which could be used to investigate the clinical practice of nurses on chemotherapeutic gastrointestinal symptoms management.
