KDSJ-B80型空气消毒机在外科门诊室动态消毒的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究KDSJ-B80型空气消毒机对外科门诊室空气动态消毒的效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年3月该院外科门诊室6间为观察对象。按照房间编号顺序设为观察组与对照组各3间。观察组采用KDSJ-B80型消毒机行动态消毒,对照组采用紫外线行动态消毒,对比两组消毒效果。结果消毒前两组菌落总数对比无明显差异,消毒后观察组菌落总数合格率显著高于对照组(χ2=4.000,P=0.046);分别消毒1、2、3 h后观察组细菌菌落数均显著低于对照组;在空调及供暖环境下观察组消毒后细菌菌落总数显著低于对照组(t=2.313,P=0.014)。结论 KDSJ-B80型空气消毒机对外科门诊室空气动态消毒的效果显著,可满足门诊室空气消毒需求。Objective To research the effect of Model KDSJ-B80 air disinfector in the dynamic disinfection in the outpa-tient room in the department of surgery. Methods 6 outpatient rooms in the department of surgery from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 3 in each according to the admission, the observation group adopted the KDSJ-B80 air disinfector, while the control group adopted the ultraviolet radiation for dynamic disinfection, and the disinfection effect was compared between the two groups. Results Before disinfection, there was no obvious difference in the total number of colonies between the two groups, after disinfection, the qualified rate of total number of colonies in the ob-servation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（ x2=4.000, P=0.046）; and the total numbers of colonies in the observation group at 1 h, 2 h, 3 h after disinfection were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the total numbers of colonies in the observation group under the air condition and supply heating environment were obviously lower than those in the control group（ t=2.313, P=0.014）. Conclusion The effect of Model KDSJ-B80 air disinfector in the dynam-ic disinfection in the outpatient room in the department of surgery is obvious, which can satisfy the demands of air disinfec-tion in the outpatient room.
