新时期群众文化活动的组织与策划策略研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济的高速发展,人们的生活水平日益提高,他们已经不再满足于物质财富,而是更加注重精神需求。在这样的情况下,群众文化活动越来越受到社会大众的关注和推崇,可以说群众文化活动组织与策划的好与坏,直接关系到广大人民群众的生活质量。当前,我国社会经济正在迅速的发展,人们的生活已从物质生活向精神生活方面进行转变。这个社会的发展进入了一个新的时期,人们的生活水平已基本达到了小康的标准。在这种背景下,群众文化活动逐渐被人们所重视,并将其作为提升个人生活质量的要素之一,但群众的文化活动不是与生俱来的,需要相关部门对其进行组织和策划,为了提高群众的生活质量,该文主要对新时期群众文化活动的组织与策划的策略进行研究。With the rapid development of economy and ever-increasing living standards of people, they pay more attention to material property than mental demands, in this case, the mass cultural activities draw more and more attention of social mass, that is to say, the quality of organization and plan strategies of mass cultural activities directly concerns the quality of life of the mass, currently, with the rapid development of our society and economy, people's living standards have basically reached the standard of well-off society, under this background, the mass cultural activities are gradually been emphasized,being one of the factors of improving the personal quality of life, but the mass cultural activities are not born, which needs the related department to organize and plan, in order to improve the quality of life of the mass, the paper mainly studies the organization and plan strategies of mass cultural activities in the new period.
