优质护理管理在控制医院感染中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析医院感染控制中应用优质护理管理的临床效果。方法选取500例该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的住院患者,分为研究组和对照组,各250例,对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组应用优质护理管理,观察两组患者的医院感染控制效果及满意度。结果研究组护理后医院感染发生率为0.8%,对照组医院感染率为3.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为96.8%,显著高于对照的88.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理的实施,能够有效改善医院卫生质量,降低医院感染发生风险,减轻患者痛苦,加速患者恢复,从而提升患者满意度,可加强应用。Objective This paper tries to explore the positive effect of nursing management in hospital infection control.Methods A retrospective analysis of data of the hospital infection from January 2015 to December 2016 was done.500 cases of hospitalized patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 250 cases in each.The control group adopted routine nursing management,while the observation group adopted high quality nursing management,and then clinical curative effects of hospital infection control of two groups in different study stage were compared.Results 35 cases were infected in the observation group with the infection rate of 14%;56 cases were infected in the control group with infection rate of 22.4%,so the incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);the qualified rate of the hospital health in the observation group was 99.0% and that of the control group was 90.0%.the qualified rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing quality management is the key to control hospital infection.Strengthening nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection,achieve good clinical efficacy,establish a good doctor-patient relationship,improve execution of medical personnel,obviously improve the hospital health environment,and apparently decrease the hospital infection rate.It is worth clinical promotion.
