新医改前提下如何提高医院档案管理的规范化水平

摘　　要：目的新医改前提下如何提高医院档案管理的规范化水平。方法档案管理工作的规范、规范档案管理工作、规范档案室管理工作、提高档案管理工作人员素质。结果新医改后领导对档案管理的人员素质、硬件建设、工作重视度、财力支持、工作规范度等重视度有明显的提高,新医改前总满意度有4例(66.66%),新医改后总满意度有10例(100.00%),新医改后领导对档案管理工作人员的满意度明显优于新医改前(P<0.05)。结论减少工作中的不足之处,满足工作中的需求,提高服务水平和服务质量。Objective To improve the standardized level of hospital file management under the new medical reform. Methods The file management work was standardized, and the file management work staff qualifies were improved. Results The attentions of leaders to the staff qualifies, hardware constructions, work attention, financial support and work standards after the new medical reform were obviously improved and the total satisfactory degree was from 4 cases(66.66%) before the new medical reform to 10 cases(100.00%) after the new medical reform, and the satisfactory degree of leaders to the file management work staff after the new medical reform was obviously better than that before the new medical reform, with comparability(P<0.05). Conclusion We should reduce the disadvantages in work, meet the work demands and improve the service level and service quality.
