摘 要:采用冷压陶瓷技术,在1 400℃/12 h烧结条件下制备了Ba(Ti1-xMnx)O_3(x=0.06~0.09)陶瓷.利用室温XRD研究钛锰酸钡陶瓷的晶体结构,通过SEM样品微观形貌.XRD测试结果表明:当x≥0.06时,Ba(Ti1-xMnx)O_3陶瓷表现为六方结构,进入到Ti^(4+)位的Mn^(3+)所引起的Jahn-Teller效应是六方相形成的驱动力.SEM图中观察到的棒状晶粒与六方相对应.Ba(Ti_(1-x)Mn_x)O_3 ceramics were prepared for x = 0. 06,0. 07,0. 08 and 0. 09 using a cold-pressing ceramic technique. The crystal structure and microstructure of Ba(Ti1-xMnx)O_3 ceramics were investigated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The XRD results showed that Ba(Ti1-xMnx)O_3 exhibited a hexagonal structure as x≥0.06,and Jahn-Teller distortion caused by the was a driving force for the hexagonal phase.Columnar grain morphology observed was assigned to the hexagonal phase.
