舒适护理在乳突根治术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在乳突根治术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的应用。方法:选择210例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,所有患者均应用乳突根治术治疗,对照组患者应用常规护理,研究组患者应用舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:研究组患者护理舒适评分以及满意评分均明显高于对照组患者,且术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以显著提高慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的临床舒适度和护理满意度,减少术后并发症。Objective To explore clinical effects of comfortable nursing intervention model in patients with chronic suppurativeotitis media undergoing radical mastoidectomy. Methods： A total of 210 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were selected asthe subjects of this study. These patients were randomly divided into control group and study group. All patients were treated with radi-cal mastoidectomy. Then, the control group was given conventional nursing, while the study group used comfortable nursing. The nurs-ing effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The scores of nursing comfort and satisfaction were significantly higher in thestudy group than those in the control group, the rate of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, and thedifferences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The comfortable nursing can significantly improve the clinical comfortof the patients with chronic suppurative otitis media and reduce the postoperative complications.
