Bibliometric Analysis of Transcultural Nursing Theory in China

摘　　要：目的分析国内有关跨文化护理理论文献的相关情况,揭示跨文化护理理论在我国应用的现状、特点、以及存在的问题。方法以中国期刊全文数据库、万方医学网数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库为资料来源,检索2000-2016年我国跨文化护理理论的相关文献。利用Excel表格对发表的作者单位、机构来源、研究内容、基金支持等情况运用计量学方法进行分析。结果共纳入文献83篇,年平均发表(4.88±2.30)篇,其中34.94%的文章发表在统计源期刊上。东部和西部地区文献发表量较多。文献类型以应用型文献为主。文章大多属于方法介绍类,对于量性和质性研究设计应用较少。结论国内对于跨文化护理理论的应用较少,但总体文献数量和质量呈上升趋势;地区分布和研究内容分布不平衡,临床单位发表文献较多;研究方法单一,量性和质性研究应用水平有待提高。总体研究的广度和深度有待加强。Objective To analyze the current situation of transcultural nursing theory literature,and to reveal the current status,trends and existing problems of transcultural nursing theory in China.Methods All articles related to Leininger trans-cultural nursing theory were searched in the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang med online and VIP database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP)from 2000 to 2016.By using the metrological analysis methods to analyze the authors company,institutions,research contents and fund support by Microsoft Excel.Results A total of 83 articles were included in the literature,with an average of(4.88±2.30)articles,of which 34.94% were published in the statistical journals.There were more publications in the eastern and western China,and the literature types were mainly based on the application literature,and lacking of quantity and qualitative research.ConclusionThere are fewer studies about the application of the transcultural nursing theory,but the quantity increased and quality of the literature are improved.The regional distribution and the distribution of contents are unbalanced,and the clinical practitioners had published more articles than others.The research and application of qualitative and quantitative study methods are still need to be increased.The breadth and depth of the overall study needs to be strengthened.
