我国跨地区技术输入输出双网络分析

摘　　要：以2009—2012年企业跨地区的专利许可数据表征技术网络,构建以技术输出和输入为方向的双向网络。结合社会网络分析方法,通过网络可视化图谱、网络整体特征、网络中心性、结构洞、核心-边缘、聚类系数、凝聚子群、QAP关系等分析技术输出和输入两个网络的结构特征和功能效率。结果表明:沿海地区的技术输出和技术输入均领先内陆地区;部分经济发达地区同时在技术输出网络和技术输入网络中发挥重要的影响作用,占据和控制着技术资源信息流动和传播的关键位置;两个网络的核心地区联系更为密切,形成"强-强"和"弱-弱"的特征,增大了地区技术差距;距离发达地区较近的地区在搜寻技术输出方面表现得积极主动,有较强交往和中介能力;两个网络存在负相关,技术输出和输入相互抑制。Different from the one-way perspective in previous studies of the technical network,this paper constructs a dual network in the direction of technical output and input based on the patent license data of enterprises across the region from 2009 to 2012.Combined with social network analysis method,structural features and functional efficiency of the two networks were analyzed from perspectives of network visualization graph,network overall characteristics, network centrality,structural holes,core-edge,clustering coefficient,cohesion subgroup and QAP relations.The results show that the technology output and input of coastal areas are more advanced than that of the inland areas.Some economically developed regions also play important roles in the technical output and input network,which occupy and control the key positions of the flow and dissemination of the information flow of technology resources.The core areas of the two networks are more closely linked,forming a strongstrong and weak-weak relationship,which increases the technology gap among regions.Areas close to the developed regions are more active in terms of technology export searching,and they have stronger interaction and mediation capacity.There is a negative correlation between the two networks:the technology output and input inhibits each other.
