摘  要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对脱硫塔顶部放置临时烟囱的结构进行建模,根据实际情况模拟该结构形式和荷载组成,分析该结构在各种荷载组合工况下的受力和变形特点。结果表明,脱硫塔顶部放置临时烟囱是可行的,有限元计算可以清楚地得到结构的受力情况,根据有限元分析的结果,选择合理的塔壁厚度和内部杆件截面,对薄弱部位采取合理的构造措施,可以实现设计优化。The structure of the desulphurization tower with a temporary chimney on the top is modeled by the finite element program ANSYS. The structure and load combination are simulated according to the actual situation and the stress and deformation characteristics of the structure under various loading conditions are analyzed. The results show that placing temporary chimney on the top of desulfurization tower is feasible. With finite element program,the stress of the structure can be clearly figured out. According to the results of finite element analysis,reasonable tower wall thickness and internal rod cross-section can be selected and reasonable structural measures are taken to address the vulnerable points,which can achieve design optimization.
