摘 要:[目的]探讨"六心"护理品牌在肿瘤病人中的应用效果。[方法]将540例肿瘤病人随机分为两组,观察组在传统护理模式上增加"六心"护理,加强护患沟通,将"六心"护理应用于肿瘤病人从入院到出院后的全过程;对照组采用传统护理模式。[结果]两组护理操作水平满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.307,P>0.05),两组护理服务态度满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.557,P<0.05)。[结论]"六心"护理在肿瘤病人中的应用,提升了护士沟通能力,提高了病人对护理服务态度的满意度,改善了病人的就医感受,有利于推进医院品牌建设,深化优质护理内涵。Objective:To probe into the application effect of"six heart"nursing brand for cancer patients.Methods:A total of 540 cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in observation group received the traditional nursing and the"six heart"nursing to strengthen the communication between nurses and patients.The"six heart"nursing was used for cancer patients during the whole process from admission to discharge,while the patients in control group received the traditional nursing model.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction to nursing service level between two groups(Z=-0.307,P>0.05),there was statistically significant difference in satisfaction to attitude of nursing service between two groups(Z=-4.557,P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of"six heart"nursing in cancer patients could improve the communication ability of nurses,improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing service and improve the patient's medical experience.It was conducive to promote the construction of hospital brand and deepen the connotation of high quality nursing.
