企业网络能力、组织吸收能力与企业绩效关系研究——基于滨海新区创意企业的实证研究

摘　　要：从组织网络特征的中微观层面出发,讨论企业网络群中企业网络能力、企业组织吸收能力和企业绩效的关系。以天津市滨海新区创意产业企业为样本,采用产业集群分析方法,对区域内产业集群中141个样本的网络能力、组织吸收能力和企业绩效进行实证分析。结果发现,代表企业网络能力的位置中心度、联接强度和代表企业组织吸收能力的知识获取能力及知识应用能力都对企业绩效有积极显著的影响;企业网络能力对组织的知识获取能力有显著影响,并且组织吸收能力在企业网络能力与企业绩效之间起着部分中介作用;同时也发现,网络规模对企业绩效的影响不明显,企业网络能力对组织的知识应用能力作用也不明显。From the medium and micro levels of organizational network characteristics, this article discusses the relation-ship among enterprise network capability, organizational absorptive capacity and performance in enterprise network. Taking the enterprises of creative industry in Tianjin Binhai New Area as the samples, it empirically analyzes the network capability, absorptive capacity and enterprise performance of 141 samples in the regional industrial cluster with the method of industrial cluster analysis. The results show that position centrality and connectivity strength embodying enterprise network capability and knowledge acquisition and application ability embodying organizational absorptive capacity have some significant and positive effects on enterprise performance. Enterprise network capability has a signifi-cant effect on organizational knowledge acquisition ability, and organizational absorptive capacity plays a partial interme-diary role between enterprise network capability and performance. In the meanwhile, it finds that the effect of network size on enterprise performance isn＊! obvious, and the effect of enterprise network capacity on organizational knowledge appli-cation ability isn ＊ t significant either.
