摘 要:为了提高Cr-Ni-Mo系钢焊接温度场计算精度,通过多层加载的方式对焊接热源进行了改进,改进后的焊接热源可以很好的对焊接温度场进行计算,并通过试验进行了验证,结果表明:沿焊缝高度方向自上而下施加递减的体生热率,可进一步精确焊缝温度场计算.以1∶2.2∶2.9的比例施加能量,可使焊缝高度方向温差减小.通过加载多层单元的手段沿焊接方向施加长度4 mm的热源,可使焊缝最高温度不变的前提下,增加熔长,有效地改善了熔池形貌及热影响区的温度变化.在沿焊缝高度方向及焊接方向多层加载后的焊接热循环曲线试验值与模拟值最大误差为3.88%,节点的热循环曲线与试验结果吻合度较高,计算结果可大幅提高焊接模拟计算的准确性和计算精度.The welding heat source was improved by using multilayer loading method in order to improve calculation accuracy of the welding temperature field in the Ni- Mo-Cr steel. The improved welding heat source could be used to calculate the welding temperature field, and the results were verified by experiments. The results show that a decreadirection and can further accurately calculate the temperature field of the weld. The layered loading can reduce the temperature differ-ence in the direction of the weld height by applying energy at the ratio of 1 2. 2- 2. 9. A h a t source with a length of 4 mm was applied along the welding direction by means of loading multilayer units. Under the premise that the maimum temperature of the welding seam is constant, the weld length is increased, and the shape of the weld pool and the temperature change in the heat-affected zone are effec-tively improved. The maimum eror between test and simulation value of welding thermal cycle curves in the and welding direction is 3. 88% after the multilayer loading. The thermal cycle curve of the node aareessults. The calculation results can greatly improve the accuracy and precision of the welding simulation.
