摘　　要：十八大以来的全面从严治党,不仅取得了重大的实践成效,而且构建起中国特色反腐倡廉的理论体系以及目标体系、制度体系、价值评判体系。中国特色反腐倡廉建设体系,包括丰富内涵:核心是加强党的领导、基础在全面、关键在严、要害在治,是全面从严治党、坚定反腐倡廉的根本方向;坚持思想建党和制度治党紧密结合,是全面从严治党、坚定反腐倡廉的根本路径;解决"四风"顽症,净化优化党内政治生态,是全面从严治党、坚定反腐倡廉的核心任务;严格党内政治生活,加强党内政治文化建设,是全面从严治党、坚定反腐倡廉的关键环节;完善权力监督体系,把权力关进制度的笼子,是全面从严治党、坚定反腐倡廉的根本保障;从严管理干部,尤其抓好党员领导干部这个"关键少数",是全面从严治党、坚定反腐倡廉的治本之策。Since the 18 th National Congress,full and rigorous governance over the Party not only made great achievements in practice,but also established a theoretical system with Chinese characteristics to combat corruption and uphold integrity,and systems of goals,institutions and value assessments. The system to combat corruption and uphold integrity with Chinese characteristics has rich contents as follows. To exercise full and rigorous governance over the Party,and combat corruption and uphold integrity,the fundamental direction is to strengthen Party leadership at the heart,take full as the basis,rigorous as the key,and governance as vitality; the basic approach is to combine efforts on ideological work and institution building; the core task is to heal the chronic disease of "four tendencies"and to purify and optimize intraparty political ecosystem; the key link is to ensure earnest intraparty political activities and strengthen intraparty political cultural building; the profound safeguard is to improve the oversight system that keeps power in an institutional cage; the solution for the root causes is to rigorously manage cadres especially the "key few"of Party members in positions of leadership.
