育肥猪伪狂犬病病毒、猪瘟病毒和圆环病毒混合感染的诊断

摘　　要：2017年8月,山东省临沂市某养殖场出现一例育肥猪死亡病例。经临床症状检查、病理剖检、RT-PCR和PCR检测,最终判定该病例为猪伪狂犬病病毒、猪瘟病毒和圆环病毒混合感染。同时,本文分析了发病原因,并提出了防控建议。In this article,comprehensive diagnosis was carried out towards one fattening pig that died in August 2017 in a farm of Linyi City,Shandong Province. According to clinical symptom investigation,pathological anatomy,RT-PCR detection and PCR detection,the cause of death was finally confirmed as mixed infection with Pseudorabies virus,Classic swine fever virus and Circovirus. In the end,the aetiological agent was analyzed and related prevention and control suggestions were proposed.
