摘  要:针对Halbach永磁轴承安装过程待装磁环所受轴向磁力相差较大、造成组装困难的问题。基于两个不同矩形截面永磁体磁力公式,建立了矩形截面永磁环构成的Halbach永磁轴承转子待装磁环所受的轴向磁力解析模型。基于该磁力解析模型,建立Halbach转子待装磁环受力差别最小的目标函数,采用布谷鸟搜索算法对该型永磁轴承结构进行优化,并对该解析模型和优化方法进行了仿真验证。结果表明:解析模型计算值和ANSYS仿真结果的平均误差不超过8.15%,说明该解析模型是准确的;最优结构对应的待装磁环受力差别最小的目标函数值与其仿真结果的最大误差不超过11.72%,说明运用布谷鸟算法优化该型永磁轴承结构是有效的。Large differences of the axial magnetic force ex- erted on the magnetic ring to be installed during the installation of the Halbach permanent magnetic bearings increases the as~ sembling difficulties. Based on the permanent magnetic formula for two different rectangular sections, an axial magnetic force an- alytical model of the to-be-installed magnetic ring of the Hal- bach rotor constituted by different rectangular section PM rings is established. Based on this magnetic force analytical model, the goal function is established with the minimum difference of magnetic ring forces of the to-be-installed PM ring of the Hal- bach rotor, furthermore the cuckoo algorithm is used to optimize the permanent magnetic bearing, and the analytical model and optimization method are verified. The results show that the aver- age errors between the calculated value of the analytical model and the simulation value is less than 8.15%, which shows that the accuracy of the analytical model is high. The maximal errors between the goal function value corresponding to the minimum difference of magnetic ring forces of the to-be-installed magnet- ic ring under the optimized structure and the simulation results are not more than 11.72%, which shows that the cuckoo algo- rithm used in the structure optimization of this kind of Halbach PM bearing is effective.
