摘　　要：农业科技创新是推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重要力量。作为农业科技创新的关键环节和主体,农业科研院所也应在科技创新方向、科技资源配置、科技体制改革等方面进行探索和改革。文章分析了农业科研院所科技创新改革的必要性,探讨了农业科研院所科技创新的改革路径,并从创新科研组织形式和创新体制机制两个方面进行了实证分析。Agricultural science and technology innovation is the important force that promoted the structural reform in agricuhural supply side. As the most important chain and subject of agricultural science and technology innovation, agricultural research institutes need explore and reform in the direction of scientific and technological innovation, resource allocation, and mechanisms reform. The necessity of reform of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural scientific research institutes was analyzed in the paper. The reform path of science and technology innovation was discussed, and the empirical analysis was carried out from the organization form and mechanism innovation.
