摘　　要："十三五"是我国加快推进农业现代化的关键阶段,智能、绿色、可持续的新时期发展需求对农业科技提出了更高要求,迫切需要农业科研院所深化改革来驱动科技创新发展。文章分析了安徽省农业科学院"十二五"科技创新的制约因素,阐述了"十三五"开展的改革创新实践,强调了协同创新、科研平台、人才团队及稳定性经费支撑对科技创新的重要性,以期为省级农业科研院所顺利完成"十三五"目标任务及现代科研院所建设提供参考。The ＂13th Five-Year＂ period is a crucial stage of accelerating the agricultural modernization in China. The need of intelligent, green, sustainable put forward higher requirements for agricultural science and technology. It urgently need to deepen the reform in agricultural research institutes to promote scientific and technological innovation. Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, the restricting factors of science and technology innovation during the ＂12th Five-Year＂ period were analyzed in the paper and the practices of reform and innovation in the ＂13th Five-Year＂ period elaborated. It was emphasized that the importance of collaborative innovation, scientific research platform, talent team and steady funding to scientific and technological innovation. This will provide references for completing the ＂13th Five-Year＂ plan and modern agricultural institutes construction in provincial agricultural research institute.
