典型发达国家农业科研试验基地管理的几点做法及对我国的启示

摘　　要：文章从布局规划、功能定位、发展规模、装备条件、管理使用等方面介绍了典型发达国家农业领域科研试验基地管理的做法,并结合农业科技面临的新形势、新任务,针对我国科研试验基地发展中存在的突出问题,提出加强科研试验基地布局的顶层设计与统一规划、适当扩大基地的用地规模、着力提高基地的运行管理水平、逐步建立全国统一的农业系统监测试验研究网络等启示。The experience of management of agricultural scientific research experimental base in typical developed countries were introduced in this paper, which covered the layout planning, function positioning, development scale, equipment condition and operation management. Some enlightenment were put forward according to the trends of agricultural development and the problems existed in China, i.e, strengthening the top design and unite planning of experimental base, enlarging the scale and construction standard, boosting the operation level, establishing the national agricultural monitoring and experiment network at national level.
