摘　　要：科技成果转化是检验科技成果市场竞争力的重要手段,是科研院所综合竞争力的重要体现。文章系统总结了中国水稻研究所近20年来在科技成果转化方面采取的措施和取得的成效,深入分析了科技成果转化过程中存在的问题与不足。在此基础上,对今后的工作思路进行了梳理,并针对科研院所如何加强科技成果转化工作提出了加强知识产权管理、研发重大科技成果、制定精确有效的成果转化策略等建议。The transformation of science and technology achievements is an important means to test the market competitiveness of scientific and technological achievements and an important embodiment of the comprehensive competitiveness of scientific research institutes. We systematically summarized the measures and achievements of the Chinese National Rice Research Institute in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in recent 20 years, and analyzed existing problems and shortcomings. On this basis, we organized the thoughts for transformation of science and technology achievements in future. And we also give advice on how to strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, such as strengthening management of knowledge property, making important scientific achievements, setting up accurate and effective strategy for transformation of achievements.
