摘  要:经编网眼织物的设计研究主要是对垫纱数码及穿纱规律等归纳性设计方法的讨论,缺乏对网眼织物真实外观形态的模拟。因此,文章分析了常用的网眼织物组织结构的垫纱运动,进而明确网眼织物变形的主要原因为线圈间的力学作用;建立了基本的线圈模型,以六角网、菱形网和方格网3种网眼织物为实例进行力学分析,阐述网眼的变形原因并得到其模拟仿真的效果图;对高速经编机的网眼织物变形分析为工艺生产提供了网眼形态预测的理论依据,将节省工艺生产的时间。Current research on warp-knitted mesh fabrics is mainly based on the discussion of the inductive design methods, such as chain notations and threading-in cycle which lack of the simulation of the true appearance of the mesh fabric. Therefore, this paper analyzes the lapping movement of typical mesh fabric stitches, and then concludes that the main reason for the defomlation of mesh fabric is the mechanical action between the loops. By setting up the basic models of the loops and using three kinds of mesh fabric, i.e., hexagonal mesh fabric, diamond mesh fabric and grid mesh fabric, as the examples, mechanical analysis is carried out to explain the mesh deformation reasons and get the emulation effect picture. These analyses provide theoretical basis for the prediction of mesh shape in the future process, saving lots of production time.
